Who writes the OOTDBuy Spreadsheet, and why it exists
OOTDBuy Spreadsheet is an independent guide to buying through OOTDBUY. It is written and maintained by a small editorial desk that shops these marketplaces, reads the official notices, and writes down the parts that catch people out.
It exists because the useful information is scattered. The fee formula is in one notice, the storage window is in another, and the fact that your first payment excludes international freight is a line of grey text on a checkout screen. None of that is hidden, but nobody assembles it for a first-time buyer.
Corrections are genuinely welcome. Write to [email protected] and, if you are right, the page changes and the change is noted.
Where every fact on this site comes from
Three sources, and nothing else. If something cannot be traced to one of them, it does not get published.

How this site is funded
Links to ootdbuy.com from this site may be partner links, which means we may receive a commission if you register or order through them. That is the only way the site makes money. It costs you nothing and it does not change the price you pay.
The obvious risk with that arrangement is that it tempts a publisher to write advertising and call it a guide. Our defence against it is structural: every page that recommends OOTDBUY also states plainly when a different service or a local purchase is the better call, and no figure appears here without its official source and the date we checked it.

The rules we hold ourselves to

No invented numbers
No prices, rates, delivery times, review counts or catalogue sizes that we cannot trace to an official page. The previous version of this site claimed a product count that OOTDBUY never published. It has been removed.
Dates on everything
Every figure carries the date it was read, because a fee without a date is a guess with a decimal point.
Tested links only
Outbound links are checked for a live response before publication, not assumed from a pattern.
Say when to go elsewhere
Every comparison on this site includes the case for not using OOTDBUY. A guide that never does that is an advertisement.
