This page tracks announcements that change how an order behaves, not marketing. Everything here was read directly from ootdbuy.com or its notice pages on the date given. Where OOTDBUY does not publish a date, we say when we saw it rather than inventing one.
Promotional amounts move constantly, so we describe the mechanism and leave the number on the official page where it stays current.

Four things on the front page and in the notice bar that affect ordering.
A European shipping update
The notice bar has been carrying a European shipping announcement quoting a flat per parcel figure. Rates and eligibility are on the official page, and they change, so check there before planning around it.
Self-service withdrawal
The notice bar states that self-service withdrawal is now available, which matters if you keep a balance in the account after refunds.
Discord-linked promotions
The site's own carousel promotes Discord-exclusive shipping and gift offers, and the signup banner advertises shipping coupons for new accounts. Amounts differ between banners, so treat them as campaign values.
Freight cashback programme
The quick access panel advertises freight cashback with no withdrawal limit. The percentage is stated on the official page rather than here, for the same reason.

Everything on this page is read off the agent own site, starting with the notice strip that sits above the fold on the home page. On the day we checked it was announcing self-service withdrawal.
We do not republish the announcement text and call it news. What goes on this page is the part that changes what you should do differently on your next order.

Prefer the mechanism to the number
A rate can change tomorrow. The reason first weight is charged per parcel will not.
Leave campaign amounts on the official page
Coupon and cashback values differ between banners on the same day, so quoting one is misleading by the time you read it.
